A few things to know

What will we discuss?

We’ll discuss how opportunities enter your current process, which sources your team monitors, how you determine fit, where human review occurs, and what happens after an opportunity is qualified.

What parts of the opportunity workflow can be explored?

We can look at opportunity monitoring, initial filtering, company-specific qualification, award and incumbent research, human review, internal notifications, and the handoff into your existing capture or CRM process.

Does this replace our existing tools or capture team?

No. The goal is to support the people and systems already involved in your capture process. We’ll look at where repetitive research, fragmented information, or inconsistent handoffs could be improved while keeping human judgment central.

How does AI support the process?

AI can help organize opportunity information, compare notices with company-specific criteria, surface relevant context, and explain why an opportunity may deserve review. It supports research and prioritization; it does not make the final pursuit decision.

Do we need to share sensitive information?

No sensitive or restricted information is needed for the initial conversation. We can discuss your workflow at a high level, then account for data access, licensing, hosting, and security requirements when evaluating what is feasible.

What happens after the call?

We’ll use what we learned to map a realistic opportunity-intelligence pipeline around the sources you monitor, your qualification criteria, the appropriate human review points, and where qualified opportunities should ultimately go. We’ll then research what is technically feasible, including licensed-source access, integration requirements, hosting, and security constraints. If there is a credible fit, we’ll schedule a detailed working session to validate the proposed workflow, define scope and success criteria, and resolve the remaining questions before any build begins.

Let’s talk through your opportunity workflow.

We’ll learn how your team currently finds, qualifies, and prioritizes contract opportunities, which sources and tools you rely on, and where qualified opportunities need to go next.
